FERMENTED TEA LEAF RICE SALAD
Ingredients:
8 oz Cooked Jasmine Rice
1 1/2 oz Peanuts
1/2 oz Sesame Seeds
1 1/2 oz Sunflower Seeds
1 1/2 oz Garlic Chips
Lemon
2 oz of Cucumbers and Cherry Tomatoes
3 oz Burma Love Foods Fermented Tea Leaf Dressing
1 Tsp Spicy Burmese Shrimp Paste
Crushed Garlic (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into bowl and mix thoroughly.
Add lemon to taste.
Add sliced cucumber and cherry tomatoes to garnish.
Enjoy with your choice of protein.
